Overview:  This applet simulates several casino games(Blackjack, Video Poker, Keno, Pai Gow Poker, Spanish 21, Caribbean Stud and Let It Ride).  It has several ways to customize it:

1.  On the initial screen, you can have up to 15 .gif images displayed, with links.  The images are specified in the <applet> tag with the <param> tag.  The images are identified as "imageXX", where XX is the image number(so image 1 would be "image01", image 2 would be "image02", ...)  This is the param name.  The param value is the name of the file that contains the .gif file.  The .gif file must be in the codebase directory of the applet.  For example, To display the file "myPicture.gif" you would use:
<APPLET CODE="casinoApplet.class" ARCHIVE="casino.jar" WIDTH=555 HEIGHT=360 >
<PARAM NAME="image01" VALUE="myPicture.gif">
</APPLET>

To add a link to the image, assign the URL value to the "linkXX" param, where XX is the same image number, like this:
<APPLET CODE="casinoApplet.class" ARCHIVE="casino.jar" WIDTH=555 HEIGHT=360 >
<PARAM NAME="image01" VALUE="myPicture.gif">
<PARAM NAME="link01"  VALUE="http://members.aol.com/rkosirog/blackjack/Blackjack.html">
</APPLET>

This code displays "myPicture.gif", and when the user clicks the image, another browser window opens http://members.aol.com/rkosirog/blackjack/Blackjack.html.  Links are optional, and there can be up to 15 images displayed.  The size of the area for images is 432x360 pixels, and images are arranged by the FlowLayout manager, separated by 15 pixels.  The applet can display animated .gifs.

2. Card backs: You can supply your own cardback design that will appear in the game. Create a .gif file named 'back.gif ' in the codebase directory. The file should be a 71x96 .gif file.

3. Joker design: You can also supply your own joker design. The one that comes with the game is kind of generic(I'm obviously not an artist). Just replace the 'joker.gif' file with your own .gif file. This should also be a 71x96 .gif file.

4. You can no longer specify custom Video Poker games(this didn't seem very popular anyway); however, the number of video poker games available has increased from 4 to 12.
